Megan Lee Joy

At the University of Oregon, Megan double majored in Communication Disorders & Sciences and Theatre Arts. She spent 10 years as a teacher and behavioral therapist while filming empowering and conscious content for young women. In 2016 Megan focused on producing in not only the film industry, but the wellness industry. She found herself supporting the LA-based mindfulness meditation non-profit, InsightLA, which was founded by the world's leader in MSBR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. In addition to MSBR therapy, Megan has completed programs with some of the top leaders in the fields of mindfulness & personal development. When she began training in transformational work, she took a deep dive into the science behind the mind, body and spirit. Somatic therapy hit home for Megan and thus Neurology and psychology blended to create the Science of Positivity that she teaches. She's read every relevant book, and tested every method under the sun to become the most authentic, peaceful and full version of herself! She's mastered how to be effective and productive vs busy busy busy, how to put herself first FOR THE SAKE of others and how to communicate masterfully! But most importantly, she's mastered how to create the life of her dreams. And now you can too!
