Become aware of your automatic/default conversations all week! Write down any negative thoughts in your phone's notepad when you have them! Share them with me via email (or with everyone via FB) before next week. It will be shocking! Notice that you wouldn't dare say anything like this to someone you care about so we get to begin this journey into being kinder to ourselves.

JOURNALING OPPORTUNITY: Notice what conversations you are locked into and hence, what conversations you are locked out of.

As we identify these, sometimes shocking ways we allow our mind to speak to ourselves, we will also be instilling our new daily gratitude practice.
