Make a LIST:

• Practices that do serve you & Practices that could serve you.

(ex. Listening to Ted Talks. Ex. Working our 5 days instead of 3)

• What stops your practices?

(ex. "I'm tired" conversation, fear, worry about what others may think)

• What Practices do you get to let go of?

(ex. Scrolling through Instagram. Binge watching entire seasons of shows once a week.)
